Description:
Assist with formal studies to help Senior Naval Leadership make informed acquisition decisions. The studies involve a combination of objective evaluation, careful analysis, and a subjective assessment based on military experience. The analyst must succinctly state recommendations, collaborate with other team members, work to deadlines, and be able to work with minimal guidance. Reports should require no editing when submitted. Travel is less than one week per month and is almost always within the US.
Required Skills:

Candidate must demonstrate a very strong ability to clearly communicate, often complex material, in writing and occasionally by presenting the outcome to senior military and civilian personnel. Limited instances where knowledge of statistics and probability are useful.
Required Experience:

The analyst should have broad experience in various organizations in the Intelligence Community. Candidates with Naval, Joint, and National systems experience are preferred. Description:
The Instructor position is responsible for coordinating customer training schedule, developing and maintaining training materials, and conducting technical training courses for the CASM Tool as part of the ICTAP for DHS/OEC.
